- One latest color photograph
- Attested Copies of 10th, 12th and Graduation Marksheet
- Attested copy of Domicile Certificate/Birth/School Leaving Certificate (Applicable to students from Maharashtra State only).
- Attested copies of Caste Certificates (Applicable to category students from Maharashtra only) as follows:
- In case of SC, ST categories: Caste Certificate and Caste Validity Certificate.
- In case of OBC, SBC, VJ, NT (A, B,C,D), DT V categories: Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate and Non-Creamy layer Certificate valid till 31/3/2011.
